By accessing or using ZCreator ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and subscribers.
ZCreator is an AI-powered content creation platform that enables users to train custom AI character models using LoRA fine-tuning technology, generate photorealistic images and videos using Z-Image-Turbo (an open-source model by Alibaba/Tongyi-MAI), and manage and publish AI-generated content across various platforms. The Service integrates with third-party APIs including Hugging Face, ElevenLabs, and other providers.
You must create an account to access most features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
ZCreator offers three subscription tiers: Free (no charge), Pro ($29/month), and Elite ($79/month). Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
You are solely responsible for all content you upload, generate, or publish through the Service. You agree not to use the Service to generate, distribute, or publish: content depicting minors in any sexual context; non-consensual intimate imagery or deepfakes of real individuals without their explicit consent; content that violates any applicable laws or regulations; content designed to harass, threaten, or harm any individual; content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights. ZCreator reserves the right to remove any content that violates these policies and to terminate accounts of repeat violators.
Pro and Elite subscribers are granted a commercial license to use AI-generated content for monetization purposes. Free plan users may use generated content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You retain ownership of photos you upload for AI twin training. ZCreator does not claim ownership of your generated content. You represent and warrant that you have the right to use any photos or materials you upload to train AI models. ZCreator's platform, technology, and underlying models remain the intellectual property of their respective owners.
The Service integrates with third-party APIs including Hugging Face (for Z-Image-Turbo model inference), ElevenLabs (for voice cloning), and Stripe (for payment processing). Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. ZCreator is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services. You are responsible for maintaining valid API keys and subscriptions with third-party providers as required by your ZCreator plan.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We take the security and privacy of your content seriously. Generated images and AI twin models are stored in private, encrypted storage and are not shared with other users or used to train third-party models.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. ZCREATOR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT GENERATED CONTENT WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZCREATOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
ZCreator reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request deletion of your data by contacting support.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
